2:1 or 3:1 Support Package

Butterfly Grove is designed to provide a single-occupancy placement for young people aged 16+ who require short-notice, emergency accommodation alongside practical, day-to-day support. Located in Bishops Cleeve near Cheltenham, the service draws on extensive experience delivering semi-independent provision for this age group and offers local authority teams a responsive and dependable option when immediate placements are required. The setting is particularly suited to individuals whose personal circumstances or behaviours can make it difficult to secure suitable accommodation elsewhere.

Support is tailored to each young person through individual assessments, restorative approaches, and structured mentoring. Bespoke support plans and consistent key-working help young people develop confidence, stability, and essential life skills while working toward positive next steps and onward placements. The overall approach focuses on safety, engagement, and progression within a calm, structured environment during periods of transition.
